We werken niet met groepen. Iedereen heeft een eigen traject en persoonlijke begeleiding. Onze huizen hebben 2, 3 of 5 kamers, of soms een eigen studio – maar jouw plan is altijd alleen van jou.

Jouw kamer is klaar voor gebruik Je slaapkamer is volledig ingericht: goed bed, ruime kast, bureau en stoel. In een gedeelde woning deel je de woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met een paar huisgenoten. Alles schoon en netjes. Heb je eigen spullen? Fijn! Geen spullen? Geen probleem – wij zorgen voor de basisdingen zoals beddengoed en handdoeken.

Begeleiding die bij jou past Je krijgt een vaste begeleider die alleen met jou werkt. Samen oefenen we dagelijks leven: boodschappen, koken, geld beheren, stress hanteren. We helpen met familiecontact, hobby’s of werk zoeken. Alles in jouw tempo, met kleine stappen die lukken.
